Is it someone out there who haven't heard of Pac-Man until now? It is universally considered as one of the most known arcade classic game. And for all its users, Namco developer brings the game on your valuable iPad. For old time sake, experience this new version with improved features on the iPad's large screen.
Pac-Man is definitvely maze action game. You're playing the role of the yellow creature and you travel round the maze, eating all the pac-dots. And because all the games has difficulties, you are being chased by four ghosts, so you have to be very careful and avoid them at all costs. If you are hit by one of these, you lose a life.
Simple, right? You may opt to play original, normal or easy mode and guide Pac-Man with two different control modes. The game offers: a virtual joystick or a swipe mode. Just like the old arcade game, the graphics on the Pac-Man are pretty basic, more vivid and brightly coloured, with responsive controls and more clear images on the large screen of the iPad.
There were few complaints about the joystick mode not being too easy to operate or about the need of more mazes. Of course, everybody has its own opinion. But, if you liked Pac-Man before, you'll like it on the iPad too, so it is a must have arcade game. You'll have to pay $4.99 to have it, though.
